Press Loop to repeat the bars you are in (four to start with). ½ and ×2 change its length and ◀ ▶ move it along the song. Or drag across the main waveform: the loop's edges land on the bars, or on the beats when zoomed in (turn Snap off, or hold Alt or Option, to place them anywhere). Then choose Save selected loop and name it. Select a saved loop to zoom in; drag its boundaries to update it. Whole song returns to the full view. Named loops are included with Pro and saved with your song.
In the practice room, Pro speed controls on the stems keep the pitch; the free speed and key player does the same for a whole song. Use Pitch separately to change key. Bounce mix includes your speed and pitch settings. Individual stem downloads keep their original tempo and pitch.

Stem separation (also called source separation or music demixing) is the process of using artificial intelligence to split a mixed audio recording into its individual components. A single song can be separated into vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and other instruments, each as its own isolated audio file called a "stem".
This technology uses deep learning models trained on thousands of multi-track recordings to predict and isolate each instrument from the combined mix. The state-of-the-art AI models used in this tool deliver studio-quality results that were impossible just a few years ago.
