Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes, if you have never subscribed: 7 days of Pro free on the monthly plan. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. It then renews at $6.99/month unless you cancel from Manage subscription before it ends, and we email you 3 days before. The trial is the whole of Pro, on the same allowance a paying subscriber gets: Full Separation, WAV exports and the practice tools, 100 splits a month then up to 15 a day. Yearly Pro has no trial and is billed straight away.
What counts as a split?
One audio file processed once. Re-loading a previous split from your history doesn't count again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends and you are not charged.
What happens if I hit the free limit?
The mixer and your previous splits keep working. You can't start new splits until the month resets, unless you upgrade or use a credit.
Does a credit include the practice tools?
No. A credit unlocks Full Separation on one song, so you get guitar and piano on their own faders and MP3 downloads. Speed, key change, named loops, count-in and WAV exports are Pro features.
Is WAV free?
No. Free downloads are MP3. WAV stems and uncompressed mix bounces are part of Pro.

Do you offer refunds?
Subscription payments are not refunded for part-used months or years. If something's broken or you've been billed in error, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
