What we collect
- Account details — when you sign in we store your email address, name and profile picture (from Google sign-in or your email link sign-in).
- Your audio — uploaded files are processed on our GPU servers to create stems. Generated stems and previews are stored temporarily (currently up to about 90 days) to power downloads, your history and shared sessions, then deleted automatically.
- Usage events — we log basic product events (page views, uploads, splits, downloads, referrer/UTM of the visit) to understand how the tool is used and improve it.
- Payments — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or your audio. Ever.
- We don't use your uploads to train AI models.
- We don't run third-party advertising or ad trackers on StemConsole.
Where data lives
Account and usage data is stored with Supabase; audio files are stored with Cloudflare R2; processing runs on Modal. Payments run on Stripe. Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your session. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, or request a copy of the data we hold about you. Contact us via danmurtagh.com and we'll action it promptly.
