StemConsole for ChatGPT: support
Turn your recording into a backing track you can practise with inside ChatGPT.

Connect or reconnect your account
Connect StemConsole through ChatGPT's plugin controls, sign in to your StemConsole account and choose Allow. If the connection expires or the player asks you to reconnect, disconnect and connect StemConsole again through ChatGPT. The connection uses your existing account and allowance.
Supported audio and links
Attach MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, M4A, AAC or WMA audio, up to 200 MB, or provide a public audio-file link. Supported Dropbox and Google Drive share links can also work. Streaming-service pages are not audio files. Use recordings you have the right to process.
Vocal Remover produces vocals and instrumental. Basic Split produces vocals, drums, bass and other. Full Separation also separates guitar and piano when included in your account entitlements. Processing time and separation quality vary with the recording.
Processing has not finished
Ask ChatGPT to check the existing split. Avoid starting the same song again while it is processing. If processing fails, keep the error message and contact support if needed.
Play and practise
Open a completed song in the StemConsole player, then choose Open mixer & tools. Mute your part, balance stems, loop a passage, or use Key & BPM. Some controls depend on your account entitlements. Rotating or expanding the view may help on a small screen.
Save a backing track or stems
Choose Bounce mix or Download stems, select an available format, and prepare the export. Choosing Prepare download uploads the generated file to StemConsole so it can provide an HTTPS download. Choose Save file, then allow the browser or device to save it if prompted. Prepared links expire within two hours. Check your Downloads folder or phone's Files app.
If a link expires, reopen the song and prepare the download again. For very large exports, choose MP3 or a shorter loop.
Missing songs, privacy and deletion
Ask ChatGPT to list the connected account's songs. A song from another account cannot be opened with your connection. Temporary audio may have expired; see the retention exceptions in our ChatGPT data and privacy policy.
Disconnecting prevents new account requests but does not delete songs or invalidate existing audio links. Deleting a song ends access to its audio. For an account copy or account deletion, email support.
